How is your approach different from other agents?

I take a very personal and relationship-driven approach to real estate. Before we ever begin touring homes or put your home on the market, I want to understand how you want your life to feel, not just what features you want in a house. I believe the right home is about lifestyle, flow, and feeling just as much as square footage and finishes.
I want the process to feel calmer, more thoughtful, and far less transactional than a typical real estate deal.
I primarily serve the southern coastal Maine communities of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, Ogunquit, Biddeford, York and surrounding areas. However, I have a large network of agents that I work closely with throughout Maine so I can help guide you in the right direction.

Yes, many clients are relocating to Maine or purchasing second homes here. I’m very comfortable helping buyers navigate the process remotely through video tours, detailed communication, local insight, and trusted recommendations.

Do you have access to off-market or private listings?

Through Portside’s network of more than 200 agents across Maine, we have many “Portside Only” listings that don’t go on the MLS. We also often hear about listings before they officially hit the market. While nothing is guaranteed, being connected to a highly collaborative brokerage can create opportunities buyers might not otherwise see.
What if I’m not ready to buy or sell yet?
